Entity & Structure of the ICUD
The ICUD is a non-profit organisation registered under Belgium law.

The ICUD Executive puts proposals for Consultations, and other business to the Steering Committee which consists of:
- The five members of the Executive
- Two representatives of:
- American Urological Association
- European Association of Urology
- Société Internationale d'Urologie
- One Representative of:
- Urological Association of Asia (UAA)
- Confederation Americana Urologia
- Japanese Urological Association
- Pan African Urological Surgeons Association
There is a General Assembly once per year and a Steering Committee Meeting a minimum of once a year. At the General Assembly the Steering Committee receives and approves the annual accounts and any elections are organised.
The term of office for all Executive Members is 3 years, renewable for 3 years. The term of office for representatives of the other Associations should be a minimum of 2 and a maximum for 6 years, but the precise term is left for the individual organisations to decide.
